Following optimistic business results in the first five months, FPT’s performance remained good in June to finish the first half in success. The corporation’s profit reached 1 , 087 billion Dongs, increasing by 38 . 1% compared to the same period of 2009. The total revenue was received at approximately 9,978 billion Dongs, growing at 21 . 3% compared to last year and completing 104% as planned .

This year, FPT Software shall bring its Test Insight, a comprehension solution that enables users to manage their document, test case, release, project and test execution, to the competition of Trophées de l'Innovation 2010 in France.

FPT IS CEO Mr. Duong Dung Trieu and other FPT IS leaders made a two day working visit to Vientiane, Laos along with other Vietnamese business representatives on June 29 and 30, 2010.

Following the good performance in the first quarter, the Corporation continued impressively with the revenue of more than 1.620 billion Dongs in April, increasing the total revenue of the first four months to over 5.890 billion at a growth of 1 5 . 5% compared to the same period of 2009. Especially, the profit of the month also hit 153 billion, updating the total profit of the corporation to more than 608 billion, which is 30.2% higher than that of the same period of 2009.

From January 2009, Vietnam’s first Animation Graphics Center, called Omega – a new branch of FPT University – will start operations to give solution to the shortage of graphics designers in Vietnam.
