· Entrusted representative participation: Proxy for the Shareholders’ entrusted representative participation in the meeting should be sent, in the Corporation’s proper format (download Proxy format here), by post to FPT Corporation Investor Relations Committee or faxed to 04.7689079 prior to March 26^th, 2008.

· In the event of non-participation by the Shareholder’s entrusted representative, the Shareholder may transfer this right to a member of FPT Corporation Board of Trustees. (download the list here).

· Participants of the meeting please bring the following:

1. Invitation.
2. Shareholder certificate.
3. ID or passport.
4. Proxy and Invitation (if the representative is acting on behalf of the shareholder).
