The new company’s transactional name in English is Technology Products Co.Ltd (in short: FTP). It follows the model of Chairman and Director General. FTP is the Member Company of FPT Trading Joint Stock Group.

The Company‘s headquarter is at No. 5 Dao Duy Anh Street, Dong Da District, Hanoi with chartered capital of 115.11 billion dong. FTP is an independent self-supporting Company which is allowed to open a bank account and use its own seal and code.

Main Business areas:
- Trading and repairing equipments and machines in the sectors of healthcare, education and training, science, industry, environment, electronics, telecommunication, construction materials, consumer goods, motorcycles and cars;
- Providing contents and value-added services on mobile phones and mobile network;
- Telecommunication services agents;
- Installing and distributing computers with brand name of Elead, F-Mobile cell phones;
- Studying, designing and producing electronic equipments.
