For the first time, FPT Software has been recognized by HR Asia Awards as one of the “Best Companies to Work for in Asia 2021”. This award is a meaningful present to celebrate the 20,000 employee milestone and the 33rd anniversary of the company.

As the acclaimed award for companies across Asia, over the years, the HR Asia Best Companies to Work for Awards has accumulated a prestigious applicant portfolio featuring Fortune 500 companies across several sectors, including multinational corporations, private and state-owned companies. The award is targeted at companies with the best HR practices and which demonstrate high levels of employee engagement and excellent workplace cultures.

This year, approximately 30,000 employees from 581 companies in Vietnam responded to the Total Engagement Assessment Model (TEAM) survey, HR Asia’s proprietary employee engagement survey. The nominees from 22 industries across more than 13 nations have also undergone the holistic and informative assessment process.

FPT Software has come a long way from a business with only 13 members in 1999 to a global IT and digital transformation services provider with over 20,000 employees in 2021. With the best interests of its employees at heart, the company is committed to providing its employees with the most favourable working environment possible, thus enabling them to reach their full potential in their professional careers as well as their morale.

According to HR Asia, FPT Software is highly appreciated for its resilience and efforts in prioritizing employee experience despite navigating uncertainty amid the pandemic.

“As the lockdown movement continues to disrupt business operations globally, companies based in Vietnam understand the importance of having engaging employees to achieve sustainable results as it motivates them to contribute to the business with their best,” said William Ng, group publisher and editor-in-chief of Business Media International, publisher of HR Asia.
